NETTY
Netty it's mobile application that saves contact of people, which you have men only off-line at some conference or meet up. Value of application that the user adds some skills or their professions, and some time later you can search specialist by this tags.
I was approached as a product designer for redesign, creating events in GTM and KPI for first release. When I started, the application has already been realized. So research, changing of logic, backend and in result postpone release date – it was expensive for product, more economical and more useful for the product, will analyze UX architecture and change only frontend without backend. Release it and test on Analytics and A/B tests.
