We all want to use quality and handy services in our city. Kyivpastrans already have released project for sending reviews from corporate website and SMS. But it wasn't handy in cases, because when you have been in transport and wanted to leave review you had to find infographic inside transport or search on the website a tutorial and review format.Tutorial and format of messages haven't been simple to understand, because it was wrote in very technical style.
So me and my colleague have decided to make mobile application for this, to make it process easier and faster for us and another passenger of Kyivpasstrans.

Human centered format
Before:
- The unsatisfactory sanitary condition of the rolling stock outside;
- Poor sanitary condition inside of the rolling stock;
- Lack of standard routing pointers on rolling stock (number of the route, the end points)
- The presence of damaged passenger seats;
- The presence of a faulty composter;
- Incorrect driver behavior;
- No announcement of public transport stops;
- Bad technical condition of transport;
- Incorrect conductor behavior;
- Incorrect driver behavior;
- Non-issuance of tickets by the driver;
- Non-issuance of tickets by the conductor;
After:
- Dirty outside of the transport
- Dirty inside of the transport
- No route number and end stops outside of the transport
- Damaged passenger seats
- Lighting in transport is faulty
- Broken punching
- Driver's behavior is incorrect
- Stops are not declared
- Driver didn't issued a ticket
- Conductor's behavior is incorrect
- Conductor didn't issued a ticket
- Bad technical state of transport
Before:
- Неудовлетворительное санитарное состояние подвижного состава снаружи;
- Неудовлетворительное санитарное состояние в салоне подвижного состава;
- Отсутствие стандартных маршрутных указателей на подвижном составе (№ маршрута, конечные пункты)
- Наличие поврежденных пассажирских сидений
- Наличие неисправного освещения салона;
- Наличие неисправного компостера;
- Некорректное поведение водителя;
- Не объявление остановок общественного транспорта;
- Невыдача билетов водителем;
- Некорректное поведение кондуктора;
- Невыдача билетов кондуктором.
After:
- Брудно зовні транспорту
- Брудно всередині транспорту
- Не вказані номер маршруту та кінцеві зупинки зовні транспорту
- Пошкоджені пасажирські сидіння
- Несправне освітлення у салоні
- Зламаний компостер
- Некоректна поведінка водія
- Зупинки не оголошуються
- Водій не видав квиток
- Некоректна поведінка кондуктора
- Кондуктор не видав квиток
- Поганий технічний стан транспорту
